Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Agreement

The Member understands that monthly payments are essential to maintain access to Iron Fitness facilities and services. Access to the gym is strictly contingent upon timely payment of all membership fees.

2. Monthly Payments

The Member agrees to make monthly payments on the due date corresponding to their enrollment date. Continued access to Iron Fitness depends on timely payment.

For memberships subject to automatic billing, it is the sole responsibility of the Member to cancel the membership in advance. No refunds will be issued if cancellation notice is not received before the start of a new billing cycle.

3. Maintenance Fee

Upon enrollment, the Member agrees to pay an annual maintenance fee of forty dollars ($40.00). This fee is charged in advance at the time of enrollment and billed annually thereafter.

4. Agreement Terms

This agreement does not constitute a fixed-term contract. However, the Member acknowledges and agrees that payment of all applicable fees is mandatory to maintain access to Iron Fitness facilities and services.

5. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By enrolling or selecting any membership package, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth herein.

6. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in Iron Fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

7. Liability Waiver

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Iron Fitness activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Iron Fitness, including its owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims arising from my participation.

8. Medical Authorization

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in Iron Fitness activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program or physical activity.

9. Photo and Media Release

I authorize Iron Fitness to use my image in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

10. Governing Law

These terms and waivers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Billing Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the auto-debit plan, the Member acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to cancel automatic payments directly with an employee at our facilities.

Cancellation requests must be confirmed by email, which will serve as official proof. No refunds will be issued without this prior communication and confirmation.

Although Iron Fitness does not require contracts for any membership plans, Members are kindly requested to provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice for any cancellation.

By enrolling, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
